Lucid VR is developed by Hiya Productions ("Hiya Productions," "we," "us," or "our"). Lucid VR is a VR horror and liminal-space game with multiplayer, voice chat, accounts, PvP gameplay, and planned in-app purchases.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features you use and how the final online services are implemented, Lucid VR may collect or receive the following categories of information:

• Account information: username, email address, account ID, password-related information such as a securely stored password hash, and information needed to maintain your account.
• Game information: player ID, gameplay progress, settings, purchases, inventory, achievements, moderation records, and information needed to operate multiplayer features.
• Device and technical information: device/platform information, operating-system or app-version information, IP address, crash information, diagnostics, and similar technical information that may be provided by the platform or online services.
• Voice communications: Lucid VR includes multiplayer voice chat. Voice data may be transmitted or processed as necessary to provide real-time voice communication. The final implementation should specify whether any voice data is recorded or retained.
• Purchase information: information associated with purchases made through supported platform or payment systems. We do not need your full payment-card number when payment is handled by a platform or payment processor.
• Support communications: information you provide when you contact us, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

• create and maintain accounts;
• provide multiplayer, PvP, voice-chat, and other game features;
• process and verify in-app purchases;
• save gameplay settings and progress where applicable;

• improve and maintain Lucid VR; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of users.

4. Multiplayer, Voice Chat, and User Interactions

Lucid VR is an online multiplayer game. Information needed to connect players and provide multiplayer features may be shared with the systems that operate those features.

Voice chat is intended for real-time communication between players. Players should not share passwords, home addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or other sensitive personal information through voice chat or other in-game communication.

If Hiya Productions later records, stores, moderates, transcribes, or otherwise uses voice communications beyond real-time delivery, this policy should be updated before that feature is enabled.

5. In-App Purchases

Lucid VR may offer in-app purchases. Purchases may be processed by the applicable VR platform or payment provider. Those providers may collect payment and transaction information under their own privacy policies. Hiya Productions may receive limited transaction information necessary to verify purchases and provide purchased content.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Lucid VR website may use basic cookies or similar technologies when necessary for site functionality, security, preferences, or analytics. If advertising, tracking, or analytics services are added, this section should be updated to identify them and explain their purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Lucid VR may rely on third-party services for platform functionality, authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payments, voice communication, or other technical services. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

8. Meta Quest

Lucid VR is planned for Meta Quest 3 family devices and Quest 2. Meta may independently collect and process information when you use Meta Quest hardware, software, accounts, or platform services. That processing is governed by Meta's own policies and agreements.

9. Children's Privacy

Lucid VR is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children under 13 without the consent or other process required by applicable law.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where parental consent was required, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by law. 10. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the game, maintaining accounts, handling purchases, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining security.
